Ventura Community Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the organization, identifying exceptional leaders to support our mission and vibrant, resident-focused communities. You will own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with stakeholders including Board members, and crafting compelling job advertisements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in corporate or executive recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ClearCo ATS is a plus.
• Experience creating job ads and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for community leadership roles.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate interviews with stakeholders including Board members.
• Provide guidance to interview teams to ensure a consistent process.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Create compelling job advertisements for various channels.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with strategy.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and monitor TA metrics.
