Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for civil engineering roles across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and attract top engineering talent for large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, interview facilitation, and compliant hiring practices, with opportunities for career development and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 3+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Ideal candidate has recruiting/sourcing experience from a civil engineering company

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Drafts detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with department managers
• Identifies and implements recruiting methods based on role and industry needs
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview questions and materials
• Assists with the interview process with managers and stakeholders
• Collaborates on offers including salary ranges and start dates
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain recruiting statistics
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Attends college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
