Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to drive high-volume recruitment for service and operations teams within a financial services leader. You will strategically identify, engage, and secure top talent, shaping the workforce and building robust pipelines for critical roles.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and leverage insights into labor markets to deliver exceptional candidates across geographies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage up to 25 requisitions concurrently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior phone and interpersonalcommunication with candidates.
• Strong knowledge of labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent.
• Initiative and accountability to drive results.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with ATS, preferably iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume recruitment for service and operations teams.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition processes.
• Review resumes and conduct insightful phone screenings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offers to background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent needs and candidate slate.
