Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or retained search environment.
• Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights and recommendations clearly.
• Proficiency with widely used office productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights, strategic talent recommendations, and clear guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements, success outcomes, and hiring priorities.
• Apply knowledge of organizational strategies to influence recruiting approaches and optimize outcomes.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage sourcing channels and outreach strategies to engage prospective candidates effectively.
• Assess labor market trends and employment brand perception to refine recruiting strategies.
• Apply structured assessments to evaluate candidates for role-relevant capabilities.
• Partner with interview teams to promote fair and effective interviewing practices.
• Prepare interview guides, facilitate debriefs, and synthesize feedback into summaries.
• Support inclusive hiring by reflecting a broad slate of candidates.
