Job summary

World Finance is seeking a senior HR leader to drive recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition across the organization. You will partner with executives to design proactive staffing solutions, analyze hiring metrics, and improve processes to attract top talent in a dynamic market.

Ideal candidates will have significant HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of employment law, and a track record of coaching teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to develop staffing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Serve as a talent advisor and recommend solutions based on business needs and market conditions.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improve recruiting strategies.
• Lead employment branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities and compliant processes.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance.
