Job summary

Sprout, a global IT hardware retirement provider, seeks a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and G&A.

You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategies, source top talent, and close candidates in a competitive market. The role requires experience in both search firms and corporate environments, strong stakeholder management, and expertise with ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multiple departments
• Experience sourcing and hiring across functions, not limited to one area
• Proven ability to advise hiring managers on market conditions and compensation benchmarks
• Strong negotiation and closing skills and excellent communication
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse, cross-functional roles across departments
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and timelines
• Build and manage a proactive talent pipeline using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Coordinate the candidate experience from screening to offer and close
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Act as strategic hiring advisor on market trends and compensation benchmarks
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience over time
• Represent the Sprout employer brand throughout the recruiting lifecycle
