Job summary

Vestas, a global leader in renewable energy, seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to join its People & Culture team in Colorado, split across Windsor and Brighton factories. You will drive workforce planning, partner with HR and vendors, and craft recruitment strategies to meet manufacturing needs.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, strong stakeholder influence, and a solid understanding of U.S. and Colorado employment laws.

Qualifications

• Trusted advisor with strong cross-cultural stakeholder management at all levels.
• 5+ years of operations or management experience, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in verbal and written English in a business setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; full recruitment life cycle experience is a plus.
• Experience handling external recruitment vendors.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law; Colorado employment law knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand current and future resource needs and identify sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with community and educational institutions for employer branding initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, labor trends, and recruitment best practices to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with an RPO vendor to ensure the recruiting team meets business needs.
• Design and implement recruitment plans to meet staffing needs while complying with global policies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Colorado employment laws and maintain data quality across recruitment activities and vendor partnerships.
• Assist with vendor management, invoicing, and administrative tasks related to recruitment.
