Job summary

Vestas Colorado is seeking a Work Experience Specialist to lead talent acquisition across Windsor/Brighton. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to forecast needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Trusted advisor with cross-cultural stakeholder management across levels.
5+ years in operations or management within recruitment/talent acquisition.
Fluent in English in a business setting.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; full recruitment life cycle a plus.
Experience handling external recruitment vendors.
Ability to influence senior leadership and align on talent strategy.
Knowledge of US employment law; Colorado law knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Workforce Planning Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand resource needs and sourcing strategies.
Cultivate relationships with community and educational institutions for employer branding.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
Vendor Partnership: work with an RPO vendor to meet business needs.
Develop Recruitment Strategies: design and implement plans to meet staffing needs and ensure policy compliance.
Ensure compliance with US/Colorado employment requirements and global policies.
Maintain high data quality and process adherence across recruitment activities and vendors.
Assist with vendor management, invoice processing, and administrative tasks.
