Job summary

1Source Partners in Tampa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run full-cycle recruiting for the firm. You will partner with hiring managers, craft descriptions, source top candidates, screen and interview, and manage offers and onboarding with precision and speed.

The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, data-driven metrics, campus recruiting, and collaboration with the Talent & Culture team to leverage AI tools and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search.
• Experience with ATS and Paylocity HRIS.
• Background in professional services or public accounting.
• Strong negotiation skills for offers.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and onboarding cycles.
• Curiosity for AI recruiting tools.
• Campus recruiting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, comp ranges, and timelines.
• Write and post job descriptions; refresh listings as needed.
• Source and screen candidates; conduct initial video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback; manage scheduling.
• Prepare offer letters and support negotiations; onboard new hires.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Lead campus recruitment efforts and university relationships.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding docs.
• Pilot AI-driven recruiting tools to streamline processes.
