Job summary

Aquent is seeking a highly driven enterprise sales professional to lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients, translating complex business needs into high-value talent solutions.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Finance, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR and Procurement to expand account share, drive revenue growth, and secure multi-year partnerships that deliver measurable value for both clients and our organization.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of enterprise, consultative B2B sales experience with a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar accounts.
  • Ability to map complex corporate structures, influence senior leaders, and unlock new revenue streams across business units.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing models, margin optimization, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience leveraging technology to streamline workflows and drive sales efficiency.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
  • Experience serving clients in the utility, energy, manufacturing, and/or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, retention, and margin targets across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Establish high-trust relationships with C-suite executives, Procurement, HR, and Leaders to identify new buying centers.
  • Pursue and close cross-sell and upsell staffing opportunities with compelling consultative presentations.
  • Direct the RFP/RFI process and lead complex contract negotiations to secure high-value agreements.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Global Business Services, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to design and deliver bespoke workforce solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address friction points, and safeguard portfolio retention.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Recruiting, Global Business Services, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to design and deliver bespoke workforce solutions.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, address operational friction points, and safeguard portfolio retention to ensure sustained success.

  • Experience and/or educational background in serving clients within the utility, energy, manufacturing, and/or industrial sectors.
