IGS Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, assess, and select top talent across the organization. You will build consultative relationships with hiring managers, offer labor-market insights, and guide candidates through a seamless recruiting experience.

You will manage multiple requisitions, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding while maintaining strong internal communications and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a recruiting role, with end‑to‑end lifecycle experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and online candidate-sourcing tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; sponsorship not offered.

Responsabilités

• Source qualified candidates through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and in‑person interviews using behavioral methods.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job postings and employer‑brand consistency.
• Participate in career fairs and build relationships with local organizations and universities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
• Document and report recruitment activities across all phases.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market considerations.
