Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, assess, and select top talent across the organization. You will build consultative relationships with hiring managers, provide insights on recruiting practices, labor-market intelligence, and candidate evaluation.

You will manage multiple requisitions, maintain a strong candidate experience, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning. This role requires 3+ years in recruiting and US-work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a recruiting role.
• Experience using ATS and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via strategic networking and proactive search.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using behavioral methods.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date job postings and employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Document and report throughout all recruitment phases.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from touchpoint to onboarding.
