IGS Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, assess, and select top talent across the organization. You will build consultative relationships with hiring managers and guide recruitment best practices, labor-market intelligence, and candidate evaluation.

You will manage multiple requisitions, maintain employer-brand standards, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial touchpoint through onboarding.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience using ATS and online sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates via networking, research, and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using behavioral techniques.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Keep job postings up-to-date and align with employer brand.
• Build talent pipelines with universities and community partners.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Document and report activities across the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from touchpoint to onboarding.
