Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, assess, and select top talent across the organization. You will build consultative relationships with hiring managers and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

You will manage multiple requisitions, leverage labor-market intelligence, and ensure compliant, timely recruiting processes while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via networking, research, and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using behavioral techniques.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Keep job postings updated and aligned with employer brand.
• Build talent pipelines with colleges and community partners.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and guidance.
