Helmerich and Payne is seeking a Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire top talent across corporate, operational, and technical roles in a contract capacity through a staffing agency. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs in Tulsa, OK.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage communications, and support onboarding activities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition or related fields.

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and facilitate movement through the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews and travel when needed.
• Draft and manage candidate communications including invitations and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including I-9 processing and new-hire orientation.
• Partner with HR to support onboarding and program activities for interns and entry-level talent.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
