Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, communications, education, staffing, customer service, sales, or related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and drive for helping others.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews and travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS activity.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and timely communications.
