Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; maintain ATS records and compliance.
• Coordinate interviews and travel, ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and early career programs.
