Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tampa for hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 remote). You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders to understand needs, and build diverse talent pipelines.

You’ll screen candidates, guide interviews, and use data to improve hiring outcomes. The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Workday.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR technology, recruiting metrics, and market data.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines and partner with leaders across functions.
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, priorities, and labor market insights.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels and partnerships.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, provide insights, and support timely decisions.
• Use Workday, recruiting metrics, and market data to optimize pipelines and strategies.
• Represent LMCU at career fairs, campus events, and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and HR to strengthen employer brand and opportunities.
