Job summary

This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to define staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 2+ years of experience in recruiting, and strong communication skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with employment laws and promoting the organization at recruitment events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an in-house role.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Demonstrated understanding of EEO, ADA, and other applicable employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and post job advertisements on internal systems and external job boards.
• Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
• Extend job offers and initiate pre-employment and onboarding processes.
