TriHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned client groups, managing the full lifecycle from strategy to hire. You will collaborate with hiring leaders, HR partners, and compensation to develop innovative strategies that attract top talent and meet business objectives.

Must have 4–5 years of recruiting or related field experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications or related field (required).
Expert in planning and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans and sourcing strategies; lead intake meetings and maintain communication throughout the process.
Guide stakeholders through recruitment; align strategies with branding; build candidate pipelines and support diversity initiatives.
