Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR
• Experience posting roles on job boards and company sites
• Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and set recruiting goals
• Lead intake meetings to clarify role expectations and qualifications
• Create clear, market-ready job descriptions that attract qualified candidates
• Post positions across online boards, company site, and niche channels
• Source candidates via resume databases, LinkedIn, and networks
• Screen resumes and identify candidates aligning with requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit
• Coordinate interviews (virtual and onsite) with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communications and timely status updates
• Extend verbal offers and prepare offer documents
• Deliver positive candidate experience with professionalism and timely follow-up
