Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract and assess talent while developing strong partnerships with the business and HR. The ideal candidate will deliver an energetic candidate experience and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Based in the United States, the role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS and sourcing through LinkedIn and networks, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency

Job Description
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Lead comprehensive intake meetings with hiring teams to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and hiring goals.
  • Create clear, engaging, and market-ready job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Post open positions across relevant online job boards, company career sites, internal platforms, and niche recruiting channels.
  • Source qualified candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruiting tools.
  • Review resumes and identify candidates who align with position requirements and organizational needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling virtual and onsite meetings.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including interview updates, feedback, and timely status notifications.
  • Facilitate offer processes by extending verbal offers and preparing offer documentation.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and clear communication.
Position Requirements
  • Must be a proactive, motivated go-getter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple departments and prioritize recruiting efforts based on business needs and hiring urgency.
  • 5 years+ of experience as a full-cycle recruiter or in a Human Resources role.
  • Effectively manage shifting priorities, changing hiring demands, and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of service to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Balance proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management across multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Workday a plus!
  • Previous experience sourcing candidates through internet research, recruiting tools, and creative networking.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
  • A team player who brings positive energy, professionalism, and finesse in all circumstances.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and representing the organization with integrity and enthusiasm.
