Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead intake meetings to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and hiring goals.
• Create clear, market-ready job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
• Post open positions across job boards, company career sites, and niche channels.
• Source qualified candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Review resumes to identify candidates who fit requirements and needs.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling virtual and onsite.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the process with updates and feedback.
• Facilitate offer processes by extending verbal offers and documentation.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with consistent follow-up and professionalism.
