Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement recruitment strategies, source candidates, and guide the hiring process across the organization.

You will lead college recruiting, manage internship programs, enhance employer branding, and streamline recruiting operations with Paycom and ATS systems. Travel may be required; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required or substitutable by equivalent experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Lead campus recruiting and workforce development initiatives.
• Coordinate internship and student technician programs.
• Enhance employer branding and recruiting visibility.
• Maintain recruiting operations and reporting via ATS and Paycom.
