Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; strong recruiting experience demanded.
• 4+ years in recruiting, coordinating, or onboarding HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers on open roles and backfills.
• Educate managers on outreach and referrals and improve candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate candidate evaluation and selection in the ATS and recruiting module.
• Extend offers and coordinate background checks and drug screening.
