Zusammenfassung

AM General is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an on-site contract role in Mishawaka, IN. You will lead recruiting plans, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to align workforce needs with DEI goals and business strategy.

You will manage candidate sourcing, evaluation coordination, and offer process while ensuring timely updates and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree in HR or business field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
Total recruiting, coordinating or onboarding HR experience minimum 4 years.
2–4 years recruiting experience for management/professional/salaried roles in corporate environments.
Experience with UltiPro, Kronos, or UKG Recruiting modules preferred.
Experience with social networks and social media for sourcing candidates.
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices; ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and video conferencing tools.

Aufgaben

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding open positions and backfills.
Assist with future succession planning needs alongside HR team and managers.
Educate hiring managers on outreach and referrals.
Build networks to identify qualified passive candidates.
