This hybrid role requires in-office attendance at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters three days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and leaders.
• Familiarity with employment regulations, pay transparency, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans.
• Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing to build diverse pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Guide interview planning, evaluation, and decision-making with hiring teams.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and job boards.
• Utilize metrics and market intelligence to improve recruiting processes.
• Collaborate with Compensation to develop competitive offers.
