Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, technical and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers on staffing plans, source top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our employment brand.

Responsibilities include pre-screening, interviewing, coordinating travel, and leveraging data analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full-cycle recruitment experience within a corporate environment.
Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to manage data in applicant systems.
Experience with Lawson and Kronos is preferred; knowledge of employment laws is important.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting plans addressing staffing needs and candidate experience.
Analyze trends, initiatives and best practices to benchmark recruiting activities.
Source candidates via databases, social media, and networks; coordinate with agencies as needed.
Review applications, maintain applicant logs for compliance, and conduct pre-screening calls and interviews.
Coordinate travel, onboarding, and ensure proper utilization of HR software across the life cycle.
