Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, technical and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to design targeted recruiting plans, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our employment brand.

The role requires collaboration with HR and business partners, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel; knowledge of Lawson/Kronos systems

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruiting plans with hiring managers to address staffing needs and candidate experience
• Source candidates via internal databases, job boards and social networks
• Coordinate with recruiting agencies when needed and manage relationships
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment law throughout hiring
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline and progress
