Job summary

TC Energy Corp. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support hiring across business unit and corporate client groups in North America.

You will provide recruitment expertise to business leaders, hiring teams, and HR partners to attract, assess, and secure talent aligned with TC Energy's priorities. As part of a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate across North America to deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in a strategic, full-cycle Recruitment function.
• Experience with full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing, probing, and assessment methods.
• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment marketing software, and employee databases.
• Ability to influence at all levels as a trusted consultant; knowledge of employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders, hiring teams, and HR partners across the full lifecycle.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent through market research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines with a focus on quality, timeliness, inclusivity, and experience.
• Assess candidates through screening interviews and present qualified shortlists to hiring leaders.
• Provide market insights, funnel metrics, and recruitment trends to inform decisions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners with consultative support.
• Identify improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate across HR and Talent Acquisition to support business priorities.
