Job summary

State Street is seeking a Talent Acquisition, Officer to identify top talent and redeploy internal candidates to meet evolving business needs. The role focuses on building internal and external talent pipelines for Investment Management, Markets and Corporate Functions.

You will consult with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and lead end-to-end recruiting efforts while delivering a high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in an in-house recruiting role, ideally in Finance Operations / Banking.
• Workday experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and influence hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans and sourcing/selection strategies.
• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and strategies for sourcing candidates.
• Educate stakeholders on talent demand, cost, industry standards, pipeline, and mobility trends.
• Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams, coaching on selection and selling processes.
• Serve as primary contact with candidates from first contact to close, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage end-to-end strategy and delivery of sourcing and recruiting.
