Job summary

Guardian is seeking a strategic, experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, own end-to-end recruiting for a diverse portfolio, and leverage AI-enabled tools to attract, assess, and close top talent.

This role emphasizes human-centered candidate experiences and data-driven decision making. With hybrid work across multiple US offices, you will influence workforce plans and collaborate with Compensation and Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional and/or executive-level recruiting across functions, units, and geographies.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent data to generate insights and support informed hiring decisions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills with good business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic talent advisory to leaders and translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and labor-market insights to optimize sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in Workday Recruiting and Guardian’s platforms.
