Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy is recruiting for a recruitment professional to lead full cycle staffing across multiple functions and locations from its Atlanta area operations. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure an optimal candidate experience and timely hires.

Responsibilities include screening and presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the ATS, and guiding offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources management or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a best-in-class organization.
• Hands-on experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
• Advanced computer skills; strong Excel in Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; consultative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to meet objectives.
• Screen and assess candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage communication with all applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure proper posting of positions.
• Lead the employment offer process with HR and decision makers.
• Monitor progress from candidate to new hire including background checks and drug tests.
• Prepare weekly status updates and quarterly on-site reviews with Pharmacies.
• Build pipelines with local communities, schools, and organizations.
• Understand and promote the employee referral program.
