Job summary

Guardian is seeking a strategic, experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role partners with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, leads end-to-end recruiting, and blends data-driven insights with modern recruiting tech to attract top talent.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, using AI-enabled tools and Workday Recruiting to deliver high-touch engagement for senior-level searches and to build strong internal and external talent networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional and/or executive-level recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, business units, and geographies in corporate recruiting and/or search firm environments.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent data to generate insights and improve sourcing/workflow efficiency.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills with good business acumen.
• High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing consultative guidance on role design and hiring strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Deliver high-touch, personalized candidate engagement for senior-level searches.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Talent Partners to develop market-competitive offers and close top talent.
• Design sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights for leaders and ensure data integrity and compliance.
