Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or related experience, including recruiting corporate professional roles.
• Ability to coach and influence a spectrum of stakeholders, with a consultative, client-service mindset.
• Problem-solving and continuous-improvement focus.
• Comfort working with an applicant tracking system and data: reviewing metrics, keeping records accurate and acting on what you see.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for new tools and ways of working as the TA function evolves.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional, specialist, and leadership roles.
• Lead intake sessions with hiring managers covering success profiles, must-have skills, timelines, compensation, and approvals.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and build relationships with talent communities.
• Run structured selection processes using scorecards and debriefs; present candidate slates with a clear point of view.
• Build offer strategies and negotiate offers within guidelines; manage relocation costs.
• Own applicant tracking, provide timely candidate feedback, and ensure records comply with policy and law.
• Advise leaders using market insights on talent availability and compensation; support new-hire success.
• Use automation for scheduling, sourcing research, and reporting while retaining human judgment.
