You will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct screenings, and maintain a robust pipeline. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Experience with recruitment processes and best practices, including ATS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers; use data to measure recruitment effectiveness.
