German American Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruiting team and own full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles. You will partner with leaders to shape talent strategies and oversee vendor relationships and budgeting.

The role demands strategic sourcing, strong analytics, and a proven track record in driving best practices and compliance. This on-site position is based in Jasper, IN with opportunities to influence growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of corporate recruiting experience, including senior or executive roles.
• Three (3) or more years leading or mentoring a talent acquisition team.
• Leadership experience with a passion for coaching others.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with candidates or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented recruiting team while staying engaged in full-cycle recruiting.
• Partner with leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Manage recruiting vendors and external search partners.
• Oversee recruiting projects and department budget.
• Shape the future of Talent Acquisition at German American.
