Job summary

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) in Superior Township, MI seeks a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our North American R&D org.

The role partners with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent, drive candidate experience, and build strong pipelines for current and future needs. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, support onboarding, and contribute to university and industry outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technical, automotive, or engineering roles is a plus.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and professional roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and support employer branding events.
