Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to guide recruitment strategy and programs in Metairie, Baton Rouge, or New Orleans offices. You’ll partner with leadership to optimize sourcing, hiring processes and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and quality across the organization.

You’ll coach recruiters, monitor metrics, implement best practices and drive workforce planning to meet headcount targets. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years HR or recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters and staff for productivity and growth.
• Oversight of recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate pipelines.
• Guide team meetings and drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain records.
