You will partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through onboarding.

You will manage timelines and budgets, drive recruitment metrics, and champion employer branding while ensuring compliance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align staffing needs and candidate selection.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and governance.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to improve effectiveness.
• Build external relationships with agencies, schools, and other talent sources.
• Coach Hiring Managers using recruitment and market data for decisions.
• Proactively develop talent pools for future needs.
• Support recruitment events and candidate engagement activities.
• Coordinate onboarding across locations per regional guidelines.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and university partnerships.
• Develop early-career recruitment initiatives.
