Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Talent Acquisition System Admin to support the Talent Acquisition infrastructure, analytics, and day-to-day operations. This role partners with HQ (Taiwan) to launch a new ATS in Arizona and provides broad administrative and program support on a small, agile team.

Responsibilities include building recruiting reports, ensuring data integrity, ATS administration, change management, and vendor management.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in HR/Administration/Business.
0-3 years of progressive experience in administration, workforce analytics, or program management.
Demonstrated administrative experience with strong organization and follow-through.
Some experience in data analysis (e.g., building or interpreting reports and KPIs).
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Highly disciplined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Agile and adaptable, comfortable shifting priorities in a small, fast-moving team.
Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and analyze recruiting reports and dashboards, including KPIs.
Maintain recruiting-related data reflecting progress and surface trends for hiring decisions.
Administer the ATS, coordinate with IT on enhancements and integrations.
Support end-to-end ATS launch in Arizona with HQ (Taiwan).
Manage talent pool data and drive change management to adopt new processes.
Manage HR AI tools and propose practical solutions to users.
