• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and operations.
• Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
• Coach and guide recruiting teams while maintaining hands-on work.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent communities.
• Measure recruiting KPIs and drive improvements.
