Job summary

Flint Group seeks a Recruitment Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead all recruitment and retention efforts. You will build pipelines for technicians, licensed staff, and leaders while guiding the Flint Recruitment playbook. You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the VP of Talent Acquisition, driving sourcing, onboarding, and retention activities.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for building and guiding teams.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and lead an effective interview processes
• Creatively source talent through active outreach, networking, events, and partnerships with community groups and associations
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
• Design recruiting strategies to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring
• Collaborate with marketing to build a strong employer brand across boards and social channels
• Utilize job boards, social media, search engines, and postings to source candidates
• Light HR administration duties and retention reporting
• Create and maintain Employee Retention and Engagement strategies including events and rewards
