Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws, equal opportunity, and compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels of the organization.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Serve as strategic talent advisor by providing insights on candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting trends.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using networks, referrals, job boards, social media, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Talent Acquisition Specialists and promote best practices and professional development.
• Establish recruiting goals, priorities, and performance measures to support talent strategy.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and reporting tools; analyze metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience with clear communication and expectations.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and campus outreach.
