Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems, based in Denver, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team and shape recruitment strategy for multi-site industrial roles. You will oversee end-to-end hiring, build strong manager partnerships, and drive data-driven sourcing and employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic recruitment, and collaboration with external partners to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of TA experience with team leadership.
• Experience with recruiting systems, metrics, and workflows.
• Experience managing advertising budgets, ads, and vendor relationships.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, employment branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Experience recruiting for large industrial manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcers with ongoing training and mentorship.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and staffing plans.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
• Lead employment branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Develop job postings that attract top candidates and are visually engaging.
• Lead hiring manager partnerships: training, support, and feedback sessions.
• Build relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies and colleges.
• Evaluate sourcing tools, ad spend, systems, and marketing initiatives.
• Design and roll out the employee referral program with regular communications.
• Administer ATS systems and TA tools with accurate data across the team.
• Establishs and tracks team KPIs and ROI for tools and events.
• Generate regular leadership reports with insights and recommendations.
