• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience building or significantly improving recruiting strategies, systems, processes, and pipelines within a growing organization.

• Design scalable processes, workflows, and standards to support future growth.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines through trade schools, military, and community partnerships.
