MACNY seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to market and manage MACNY’s recruitment platform and support HR tasks across industries. You will source and engage qualified candidates, train members on the recruitment platform, and build pipelines aligning candidates to external member openings.

You will collaborate with the business development and talent development teams, develop partnerships across NY State, and strengthen MACNY’s recruitment processes supporting member companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of recruiting and human resource experience.
• 5 years manufacturing experience providing recruiting and HR processes a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of multiple internal/external recruiting systems and processes.
• SHRM-CP or SCP certification (or similar HR certification) a plus.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Reports to HR supporting the department and management of the recruiting software platform.
• Delivers strategic sourcing meeting real-time deadlines and aligns with members’ hiring needs.
• Targets talent engagement by proactively sourcing direct-based processes.
• Excellent communication with members and candidates across the recruiting system.
• Creates job descriptions ensuring compliance for internal and external roles.
• Screen and present candidates to match openings and support MACNY staff.
