Job summary

Cboe Global Markets, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a Lead Recruiter to drive full lifecycle talent acquisition. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design sourcing plans, manage the candidate journey, and improve hiring strategies while aligning with our culture and employer brand.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HRBP, Compensation, Global Mobility, Onboarding and Inclusion & Belonging, with occasional recruitment events and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or another related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical and financial talent.
• Expert level knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, CRM, and onboarding.
• Experience operating within Workday’s ATS is required.
• Experience operating within Phenom’s CRM interface is a plus.
• Customer-focused collaboration style delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track progress and outcomes.
• Understanding of US employment laws and employment marketing basics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Leverage market mapping tools and report recruiting progress to leadership weekly.
• Communicate with candidates and set clear expectations for a positive experience.
• Use AI-driven sourcing strategies and platforms to pipeline technical talent for niche roles.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop innovative talent delivery channels for experienced hires.
