Job summary

REMSA Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Reno to lead the full-cycle recruitment process, actively sourcing and hiring, while building robust talent pipelines. You will partner with HRBPs and executives to address hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies across the organization.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on sourcing, metrics reporting, and vendor management to ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience required, including some time in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Track record of innovative techniques building talent pipelines is required.
• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills with exceptional knowledge of internet and social media recruitment required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee full-cycle talent acquisition activities across the organization including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring processes.
• Direct sourcing and recruiting to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Develop and continually improve recruitment strategies, processes and sourcing channels.
• Supervise and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialist staff; set priorities and provide updates/metrics.
