Job summary

Navaide is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and delivery across the organization.

You will partner with executives, external sourcing firms, and cross-functional teams to shape how we hire in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. This hands-on role blends strategy with operations and execution, shaping processes, candidates experience, and TA performance while ensuring compliance and data integrity across TA systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in technology, consulting, government contracting
• Experience in technical sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
• Proven success delivering talent strategy at scale
• Strong analytical and executive stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of modern sourcing, assessment, and TA tech
• Ability to build outstanding candidate experiences and employer brands

Responsibilities

• Own and lead full Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to growth
• Serve as primary recruiter for all open roles, from intake to close
• Translate business priorities into workforce plans with data forecasts
• Align external hiring with internal mobility and capability needs
• Define and track metrics across quality, speed and diversity
• Advise leadership on market compensation and hiring strategies
